Login here to access your project files and correspondence.  When your project was set up you were given a login and password that provides you with access to this area.  If you have lost or forgotten that information please contact us by email or call (425) 837-8083.

After you login a new tab will appear entitled "Your Project".  When you hover over that tab a dropdown with your name or compaany name will appear and from there you can access your project(s) files. If you would like to grant access to the files for other consultants, please email us a request. If they are already in our system we will grant them access and if necessary set up a new user account for them.

The recipient agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, defend, indemnify, and hold MXP Consulting, Inc. harmless from and against any claim liability or cost (including attorney's fees and defense costs, whether or not a suit is filed) arising or allegedly arising out of any use, reuse or modification of the information contained on this disk by the recipient or any person or entity that acquires or obtains the information from the recipient without written authorization from MXP Consulting, Inc.. This release and agreement to defend, indemnify and hold MXP Consulting, Inc. harmless also applies to the use of this information on any project or construction site without the involvement of MXP Consulting, Inc. in the construction phase services normally associated with such a project.

The drawings and/or data conform to MXP Consulting, Inc’s standard specification for software and file format. MXP Consulting, Inc. will review requests for providing data in a different file format(s) if the original recipient makes such a request in writing. Such a request may be considered to be additional services. The recipient agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law to release and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MXP Consulting, Inc. from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and cost, including but not limited to attorney's fees arising out of, or in any way connected with, the incompatibility, usability, readability, or durability of drawings and/or data.
